Apple Family Sharing even works with friends. You'll need to be in the same country but there's no restriction on living at the same address. The one catch is that app purchases get billed to the family organiser. If that's you, make sure you have a conversation with your friends on how you'll be compensated before you set it up.

Yes, Apple TV Plus currently offers a seven-day free trial for new subscribers. Better still you can unlock a three-month free trial when you buy an eligible device from Apple.
