Now that the Galaxy S25 family is officially on sale, you can save big on last year's models. Samsung is currently selling the Galaxy S24 for just $749, which is almost half of the phone's original $1,399 price tag.
There's no fixed end-date for this deal, but it appears to be limited pricing. The Samsung website lists it as a $500 saving on what appears to be the new recommended retail price of $1,249.
Upgrading to the 512GB model will set you back an extra $200, meaning you'll pay $949 all up.
It is worth noting that not every colour is available with discounted pricing. At time of writing, only black, blue, green, and orange are in stock for the 256GB Galaxy S24 model. If you're looking at the 512GB model, you can get violet, blue, green, and orange.
Samsung has also cut the price of the Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra, but by a smaller amount. You're now looking at $1,549 for a Galaxy S24 Plus, down from $1,699 at launch, or $1,999 for a Galaxy S24 Ultra, down from $2,199.
If you trade in an old phone, Samsung will give you $150 bonus credit toward the Galaxy S24 or Galaxy S25 Plus, or $200 toward the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
At $749, the standard Galaxy S24 is an excellent deal. The main difference between it and the Galaxy S25 is a new chipset in the Galaxy S25. Otherwise not much has changed. The Galaxy S24 will get all of the Galaxy S25's new AI features, and $749 is a lot cheaper than the Galaxy S25's $1,399 starting price.
