
Aussie Broadband has won three Roy Morgan customer satisfaction awards, including the ‘Best of the Best’ with a record-breaking score of 97.5%. It beat liquor giant Dan Murphy's, supermarket chain ALDI and automobile brand Skoda to claim the top spot.
The annual accolades draw on a survey of more than 60,000 Australian consumers to find which brands perform best within different retail and service categories. As well as the crown title, Aussie Broadband also took home ‘Internet Service Provider of the Year’ and ‘Mobile Phone Service Provider of the Year’.
While Aussie Broadband has built itself a solid reputation for customer service and satisfaction, it doesn't always have the cheapest mobile phone plans or NBN plans. That said, at least you can be confident part of your monthly internet or mobile bill is going towards a more enjoyable customer experience.
